Essential Account Information

We ask that you provide us with the data listed below so we can communicate with you effectively and in a timely manner. It is important that your company provide us with your work cover number. This number consists of 9 digits and starts with WC. It is not a policy number. You can access your work cover number through your insurance provider. We use this number to submit all hearing tests to work cover. The number assigns your business with the specific persons hearing test. It is essential for the submission of Mine Health Surveillances and work cover hearing tests.

We will not be able to process medicals without your Work Cover number.

Please note that we are a locally owned company. We rely on you to make timely payments with remittance advice by email to accounts@gomed.com.au. Failure to observe these terms and conditions will result in standard fees to your account. We accept that from time-to-time, you may over look an account and we will do our best to communicate with you. Our account system allows printing of one invoice only. After this you are only able to receive account copies. This is a security feature of the account package so that invoices cannot be changed.

Should you have an invoice that you require clarification on, please do not hesitate to contact our administration by contacting info@gomed.com.au. We will do our best to resolve the matter for you as soon as possible.

We remind you that any booking cancelled without 24 hours notice will attract full fees. We are an occupational practice only and our appointments are in high demand. Your clients failure to attend inhibits others accessing appointment time slots. We offer a free SMS text reminder service to your clients if you would like to utilise this service.
